This was for a MySpace art blog theme of "pretty in pink". It was done entirely in Photoshop except for the background, which was done in Painter. I lost track of time, but it took me somewhere between 15 and 20 hours. Unfortunately, I somehow accidentally merged all my Photoshop layers at the end, but I'd still appreciate comments and critiques for future work!

I went ahead and edited the painting according to the critiques here. I fixed the shadow under the nose; I added more shadow to her eyes, the boa, the bustier, and under the fan; I moved her right iris to the image's left a touch; and although no one said anything about it, I altered the secondary highlight on her lips slightly. Hopefully that about covers it!
